We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head for our Beverages division.This role will be responsible for leading our sales strategy, overseeing the order management process, and ensuring the realization of payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector, particularly in beverages, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy and Planning:  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.  Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.  Design and execute market penetration strategies for new and existing beverage products.  Collaborate with senior management to set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Order Management:  Oversee the entire order process from receipt to execution, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.  Work closely with regional sales managers, distributors, and retailers to ensure accurate and

Client Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the beverage industry.  Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.-term partnerships. . Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a posiitive customer experience.
 Lead and manage the sales team, including area sales managers, sales representives, and support staff. 4. Team Leadership and Development:  Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance.  Monitor sales team performance, set clear KPIs, and ensure alignment with company goals.  Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement or growth. Sales Analytics and Reporting:  Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.  Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to senior.management  Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.  Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product pricing and promotions. 8. Coordination with Internal Teams:  Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and inventory management.  Work closely with the marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns that drive sales. . Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper billing, invoicing, and payment follow -ups. 9. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:  Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies, including pricing guidelines and ethical sales practices.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations in the beverage industry, including taxation, distribution, and health standards.

Qualifications Qualifications and Experience:  Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.  Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales management role in the beverages or FMCG industry.  Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing large sales teams.  Strong experience in order management, credit control, and payment realization. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):  Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.  Timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.  Payment realization rate and days sales outstanding (DSO).  Team performance and productivity metrics.  Client retention and satisfaction levels.
