About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives in the housing finance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our housing finance products and services, enhance our digital presence, and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals for housing finance products.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive lead generation through SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Oversee the company website, ensuring updated content, optimized performance, and seamless customer experience.
  • Create and manage engaging content tailored for digital channels to build brand awareness and trust.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align digital campaigns with business targets and customer needs.
  • Manage digital marketing budget and ensure ROI on campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and new digital tools/technologies relevant to financial services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in BFSI / housing finance / NBFC sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Experience in managing lead-generation campaigns in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver under tight timelines.
