NEWJ is looking for young dynamic self-starters Operations Associate who will provide assistance to the

operations department in the daily management of the business.

Who we’re looking for: Strategy Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

- Oversight of day-to-day operations
- Development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and output.
- Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to

promptly address problems.
- Supervision of managers and operational staff members.
- Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation.
- Presentations to fellow team members.
- Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Managing Publishing/Editorial/Production team.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality Skills and

Abilities Required:

- Good understanding of market dynamics and requirements and their business needs
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations
- He/she needs to be persistent, resilient and able to handle pressure
- Be a good listener in order to understand management needs Important:

- Should not be a mechanical person **Thirst for knowledge is a must**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
