**JOB DESCRIPTION | Business Strategy Associate**

Quidich Innovation Labs is a global company headquartered in Mumbai, India that pioneers in customized technology solutions for Sports Broadcast. From the outset, we have believed in the power of the story that sport tells as a tool to bring people together; and that this story best reaches fans, through the way it is broadcast. Building on this thinking, we have created various technology tools over the past five years and deployed them at tournaments such as the Indian Premier League, ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, ICC Women’s World Cup and Men's FIH Hockey World Cup, to name a few.

**Role**

Quidich is constantly expanding and innovating in order to stay ahead of the technological curve and thus the competition. The role would involve conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs. You would play a key role in identifying new business opportunities for the company in the sports broadcasting industry, evaluating potential partnerships and acquisitions, and developing strategies to grow the company's business. You would work closely with senior leaders and other teams to develop and execute the company's strategic plans. This would involve setting goals and objectives, developing initiatives to achieve those goals, and tracking progress against key metrics.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining clear and concise database for each geography's lead (Using Streak/Google Sheets) to help with business strategy
- Owning the Business Strategy team SOPs and timelines for all internal and external deliverables
- Responsible for all collateral management (Content, Presentations and showreels)
- Leading business strategy initiative for business in India
- Tracking and analysing innovation and tech stack in the sports broadcasting industry.
- Identifying opportunities for the company to gain a competitive advantage, and developing strategies to enhance the business.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- 3 years experience as a BD Executive or equivalent
- Passionate about Sports
- Keen interest in technology
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Great Computer Skills (Advance MS Office Excel, PowerPoint / Google Presentation
- Good Business Acumen

**Location**: Mumbai

**Reporting To**: Global Director Business Strategy

**Joining Date**: Immediate

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
