Nextyn is a dynamic company specializing in connecting global experts with clients across various industries. We are expanding our services to include a specialized HR recruitment function for C-suite positions. As we grow, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Business Development professional to join our team and help drive our expansion efforts.
About the Role:
The Sales & Strategy Associate role is key to supporting the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting in executing sales strategies. You will work closely with senior business development professionals and recruitment teams to enhance our client base in the C-suite recruitment space.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the C-suite recruitment market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, helping to qualify leads and generate business.
- Support the development of sales materials and presentations to effectively communicate Nextyn's services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and researchers, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Help track sales performance, monitor key metrics, and provide insights to optimize business development strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to increase brand awareness and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach to identifying opportunities and achieving business goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow within the business development field.
Bonus points for:
- Existing network within the C-suite community or a strong interest in executive recruitment.
- Knowledge of the recruitment landscape, particularly in the C-suite hiring process.
