Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include recommending products, addressing client inquiries, preparing sales reports, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing. The role also involves developing strategies to drive business growth in the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and build long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present product benefits and address client queries
  • Proficiency in market research and business development strategies
  • Quick learning ability and adaptability to understand automotive product specifications
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in automotive or related sectors, is advantageous
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and optimize performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
