Role & responsibilities
- Make at least calls to various vendors regarding new projects for their respective consultants.
- Achieve and reach the desired critical drivers given by the company per day, week and month
- Ensure that information entered into the Internal Management System is accurate
- Ensure that there is a proper flow of communication between respective departments regarding consultants information and project starts
- Ensure that there is a proper flow of communication between sales associates and vendors or clients
- Sales Associates will adhere to the interview policies and procedures given to them by the companies' employees and upper management
- Sales Associates will track and follow up on all project starts from beginning to end
- Ensure that each account given is up to date and answered accordingly.
- Ability to arrive to work promptly and go above and beyond if needed to get the job done
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-4 years of sales/business development experience
- Those that have had experience in BPOs and call centers are preferred
- Strong negotiation and presentations skills
- Experience in the consulting or staffing industry
- Ability to work from home
- Experience working with job portals is a must
- Strong English verbal and written skills. You must be able to speak to vendors both in India and the United States and write in clear, coherent English.
- Last but not least, a hunter mentality and a great attitude and need to succeed
- As this position is remote, you will need to reside in an area with minimal power/internet disruptions
