Location - Sewri (West), Mumbai | Working Hours - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Sat-Sun Off (1 Working Sat/Month)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to evaluate and validate conference topics.
- Engage with senior industry leaders via calls and meetings to gather insights.
- Create conference agendas addressing trending industry issues.
- Identify, invite, and confirm renowned speakers, panelists, and chief guests.
- Track competing events to ensure unique positioning and timing.
- Manage the end-to-end production cycle - from idea to post-event reporting.
- Coordinate Awards jury meets and ensure flawless execution.
- Liaise with speakers and stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth on-site delivery.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-5 years of experience in conference production, events, research, or related fields.
- Strong research, analytical, and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.
- Must be Mumbai-based and willing to work purely from office.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in B2B conferences or media events preferred.
