We are expanding our
Events & Conferences division
and are looking for a
Conference Producer
who will conceptualize, design, and deliver
1 impactful industry conference every month
, bringing together top leaders, decision-makers, and innovators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    market research
    to evaluate and validate conference topics.
  • Engage with
    senior industry leaders
    via calls and meetings to gather insights.
  • Create
    conference agendas
    addressing trending industry issues.
  • Identify, invite, and confirm
    renowned speakers, panellists, and chief guests
    .
  • Track competing events to ensure
    unique positioning and timing
    .
  • Manage the
    end-to-end production cycle
    – from idea to post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate
    Awards jury meets
    and ensure flawless execution.
  • Liaise with speakers and stakeholders throughout the production process.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure
    smooth on-site delivery
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience
    in conference production, events, research, or related fields.
  • Strong
    research, analytical, and networking skills
    .
  • Excellent
    verbal & written communication
    .
  • Highly
    organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
    .
  • Must be
    Mumbai-based
    and willing to work
    purely from office
    .

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in
    B2B conferences or media events
    preferred.
