Job Description

Conference Producer at Informa Markets in India will be part of a Conferences Production team responsible for producing events basis Market Research, Analysis, Demand Forecasting, demand analysis, competition mapping, networking, work closely with internal & external customers, in Energy & Concrete space.

The successful candidates will be required to work on developing new product line, take existing products to next level and ensure their smooth operations in addition. He or She, will be required to adopt best-in-class technologies and periodically acquire new such skills both via self-study and ad-hoc specific trainings.

Qualifications
  • MBA is desired but not essential.
  • Excellent communications Skills, willing to learn as well as educate speakers.
  • Ability to work under pressure & Crisis Management
  • Global outlook
  • Assist in Content Creation, Conceptualization & Management, desired but not essential.
Additional Information
  • Assist Production Head in developing new events basis Research & Analysis, Thinker & Doer combination, new products that will make an impact the brand and drive sales.
  • Co-ordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance & legal team w.r.t. events
  • Producing innovative events through value proposition basis market intelligence.
  • Keep the speakers bank ready.
  • To maintain, build and update mailing database.
  • To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand.
