**Position Overview**:
The Product Merchandiser is responsible for making sure all sales channels are well stocked with our product (Internal & External Channels), ensuring inventory is properly managed, and optimizing product placement to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and an understanding of customer preferences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analysing sales data from our own sales channels (Stores & Websites). Creating reports for best selling products.
- Making sure our stores are well stocked with product that is selling well.
- Updating our stores of any price, policy changes or products that are discontinued.
- Conducting stock audits for all our external sales channels (Stores & Websites) Analysing sales data, creating reports for best selling products.
- Informing external sales channels (Stores & Websites) of our new products/collections, product price updates, company policies and discontinued products.
- Processing orders from external stores and websites.
- Replying to merchandisers of external stores and websites on product queries and order queries.
- Conducting audits on external websites, informing them to remove our discontinued styles or update them on a price change.
- Creating line-sheets for external websites to upload our products.
- Sending external sales channels (Stores & Websites) product images and marketing content to promote the brand.
- Staying in close contact with external sales channels (Stores & Websites) merchandisers to understand what their requirements are and to make sure they are well stocked with product.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong creative and visual merchandising skills.
- Experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic analytics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.

**Work Environment**:

- Regular office working environment. Will include visits to our stores.
- Requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate peak periods and special events.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
