**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
**As a Insurance Head will have to handle a team of 25 -30 Insurance Executive of Motor and Health.**
**Should have experience in motor insurance and cross-selling, & should expand and strengthen insurance operations.**
**As a Insurance Head, your responsibilities will include managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activities, conducting sales presentations, and reporting on sales performance.**
**Qualifications**
**Proven experience in the Motor Insurance in B2C & B2B Sales**
**Strong leadership and team management skills**
**Excellent communication and negotiation skills**
**Ability to build and maintain client relationships**
**Good understanding of insurance products and industry**
**Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities**
**Result-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets**
**Flexible and adaptable to change**
**Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
