**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call potential and existing customers to explain insurance products (General & Motor Insurance).
- Handle inquiries related to insurance policies, premium calculations, and coverage details.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into policyholders.
- Assist customers with policy renewals, endorsements, and claim processes.
- Maintain records of conversations and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends and policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2 years in **insurance telecalling** (General Insurance & Motor Insurance).
- **Education**: Minimum **graduate** (preferably in finance, commerce, or any related field).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and IRDA guidelines.
- Strong negotiation and sales ability.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
- **Preferred**: Experience in an insurance agency, brokerage firm, or insurance company.
