**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce insurance products and services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and premium structures clearly and confidently.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales/relationship team.
- Maintain an updated client database and follow up on warm leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and accurate product knowledge.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the servicing and sales team for smooth onboarding of clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM usage).
- Pleasant voice, confident approach, and client-focused attitude.
