**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using provided scripts.
- **Inbound Calls**: Answer incoming customer calls regarding product inquiries, complaints, or support issues.
- **Sales and Promotion**: Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service by explaining the benefits.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate sales leads and maintain accurate records of calls and responses.
- **Follow-ups**: Schedule follow-up calls with interested customers or take appointments for meetings with field sales representatives.
- **Data Management**: Maintain customer database and update contact information, call logs, and sales outcomes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing or field sales to achieve business goals.
