**Job Title: Tele calling Executive**

**Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai**

**Experience: 2-4 years**

**Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 per month**

Dorby is a reputed brand in the building materials industry, specializing in premium laminates. Our head office is located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We are currently seeking a dedicated **Tele calling Executive**who is located nearby and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- **Role Overview**

As a **Tele calling Executive**, you will be responsible for reaching out to architects, carpenters, and potential clients to introduce our products, support lead conversions, and maintain customer records. This position also involves data entry and general administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to architects, carpenters, and prospective clients to introduce new products.
- Work on lead sheets shared by the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Convert leads as per the given targets and share detailed conversion reports.
- Handle inquiries, explain product features, and resolve basic customer questions.
- Maintain updated and accurate customer data and call records.
- Assist with administrative tasks assigned by the management.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain high productivity while working under pressure.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- 2-4 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
