**Job Title**:Telemarketing / Tele Calling Executive (Technical)**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to current and potential clients to provide information about our IT products and services. A database will be provided.
- Answer technical queries and provide detailed explanations regarding the company's IT solutions and products.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Process orders and manage customer requests efficiently.
- Drive sales by meeting or exceeding sales targets and assisting clients with their technical needs.
- Record all sales calls, track client interactions, and update notes in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele calling or sales, with a focus on IT or technical products preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferable.
- Dynamic work environment with a focus on IT solutions.

**Languages**:

- Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
- Knowledge of Marathi and Gujarati is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.

**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field with technical knowledge.

Salary : based on interview and experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
