**Responsibilities**:

- **
Lead Generation**: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on leads provided by the organization
- ** Counseling**: Provide detailed information about the educational programs, courses, and admission process
- ** Database Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system
- ** Feedback Collection**: Understand the requirements and concerns of leads and provide appropriate solutions
- ** Target Achievement**: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the counselling and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- ** Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on all programs, fees, scholarships, and admission timelines
- ** Market Insights**: Gather insights from leads to suggest improvements in outreach or program offerings

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
