**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Tele-calling Executive with 1 year of experience to initiate outbound calls to potential leads by ensuring effective communication, understanding client needs, and managing client relationships. This role is for full time employment based on performance. Here are some key responsibilities for a Tele-calling Executive in a digital marketing agency:

**Experience**: 6 Months to 1 Year
**Qualification**: Any Bachelor’s Degree
**Job Location**: Pune
**Responsibilities**:
- **Contacting Leads**: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads generated through various channels such as marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or referrals.
- **Lead Verification**: Verify the authenticity and accuracy of leads by confirming contact information, educational interests, and other relevant details.
- **Data Entry and Management**: Record all interactions and updates in the excel sheet or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system accurately and promptly.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture them through the enrolment process, address any queries or concerns they may have, and encourage them to take the next steps.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide detailed information about the educational programs, courses, admission requirements, fees, and other relevant aspects to potential leads.
- **Building Rapport**: Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with leads to enhance their trust and confidence in the educational institution.
- **Handling Objections**: Address objections and concerns raised by leads effectively, providing appropriate solutions or information to alleviate doubts and objections.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for prospective students with admissions counsellors or other relevant personnel as required.
- **Meeting Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead verification, follow-up calls, and conversion rates.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members such as admissions counsellors, marketing professionals, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless enrolment process for prospective students.
- **Feedback Provision**: Provide feedback to the management regarding the quality of leads, effectiveness of communication strategies, and any areas for improvement in the lead verification process.
- **Adherence to Guidelines**: Adhere to the organization’s guidelines, policies, and compliance standards during all interactions with leads.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with information about the educational institution, its programs, industry trends, and best practices in tele calling and lead verification.
- **Handling Objections**: Address objections and concerns raised by leads effectively, providing appropriate solutions or information to alleviate doubts and objections.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for prospective students with admissions counsellors or other relevant personnel as required.
- **Maintaining Professionalism**: Maintain a professional demeanour at all times, exhibiting patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills in interactions with leads.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on lead verification activities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators to the management team.
