We are hiring a dynamic and persuasive Tele-caller to promote and explain MSME Loan products to potential small and medium business customers.

  • The candidate should be comfortable speaking with small and medium business owners and explaining financial products clearly and confidently.
  • Should be able to identify genuine prospects and nurture them into qualified leads.
  • Ability to simplify loan product details and build trust-based communication with customers.
  • Must be target-driven, motivated, and eager to build a career in the MSME finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to MSME business owners for loan inquiries and lead generation.
  • Explain features, benefits, eligibility, documentation, and interest details of MSME Loan products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for application processing and appointment scheduling.
  • Meet weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in Hindi & Marathi (English is optional but preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to convince and hold customer interest over the call.
  • Good listening skills and a polite, professional phone manner.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • Understanding of loans, finance, or BFSI domain is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
