We are hiring an energetic and goal-driven Sales / Tele-calling Executive for our bespoke Interior Design studio. Your primary role will be to call potential clients, persuasively present Garrison Grove's thoughtful design and modular solutions, and schedule site visits/studio consultations. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a maximum of 10 targeted calls per day to potential customers (leads provided).
  • Pitch Garrison Grove's interior design services, modular kitchens, and custom solutions persuasively over the phone.
  • Book and confirm at least 4 site visits / studio walk-ins every week.

Work Schedule

  • 6 Days a Week | 1 Weekly Off (Monday)

Timing : 10:30am - 6:30pm

  • Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the design and project management teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Handle customer queries and share project details and portfolios effectively.
  • Maintain a professional, polished, and result-oriented communication style.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC or Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (prior sales or tele-calling experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Must be confident, fluent in communication, and target-focused. Should be familiar with basic computer and CRM
  • tools.
