**Telecaller Job ProfileJob Title**: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive / Telesales Executive / Customer Support Executive**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
- Pitch products or services persuasively.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Record customer details and conversations for follow-up.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, MS Office).
- Fluency in the required languages (English, Hindi, or regional).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Sales and negotiation skills (for telesales roles).
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
**Types of Telecaller Jobs**:
- **Inbound Telecaller**: Handles incoming calls for support or queries.
- **Outbound Telecaller**: Makes outgoing calls to promote products or collect feedback.
- **Sales Telecaller**: Focuses on converting calls into sales.
- **Support Telecaller**: Assists with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
