- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM software

**Profile introduction**:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be an essential part of our customer engagement team, responsible for establishing and maintaining positive connections with our clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required].
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
