Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions team. The role involves calling potential students, explaining available programs, and assisting them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, and deadlines.

Maintain a follow-up schedule and regularly engage with leads.

Record and update call outcomes in the CRM system or Excel sheets.

Coordinate with the admission team for appointments and campus visits.

Provide accurate and timely information and resolve student queries.

Promote events such as webinars, seminars, and open houses.

Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as needed).

Good telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.

Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/weekly call targets.

Prior experience in educational telecalling preferred.

Qualifications:
HSC or Graduate in any stream.

1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support (preferably in education).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
