**Job Title**: Customer Success Associate - Insurance Sales (Motor / Life / Health)

**Location**: Pune
**Employment Type**: Full-Time | Work From Office

**About the Role**

We are hiring **Customer Success Associates** to join our **Insurance Sales Team** (Motor Insurance, Life Insurance & Health Insurance).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound sales calls** to prospective and existing customers
- **Sell insurance policies** (Motor, Life, Health) based on customer requirements
- Provide **personalized insurance solutions** and resolve queries
- Meet **monthly sales targets** and contribute to business growth
- Maintain strong **customer relationships** and ensure high satisfaction

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Graduate degree** (any stream)
- **Fluent in English & Hindi** (mandatory)
- Knowledge of additional languages like **Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada** (preferred)
- Strong **communication and sales skills**:

- Comfortable with **outbound calling** and **insurance tele sales**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
