We're Hiring | Customer Success Associate

Location: Office No. 1501 & 1508, Nyati Enthral, Sr. No. 12/1A, Mundhwa-Kharadi Bypass, Kharadi South Main Road, Kharadi, Maharashtra

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: Fresher & Experienced – both welcome

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat

Assist in onboarding and maintaining client relationships

Ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best service experience

Languages Required:

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Any additional language is a plus
