About the Role

Customer Success Associates
. This is a
Work From Office
opportunity within our
Domestic Insurance Process
, covering
Health, Motor, and Life Insurance
products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via outbound calls to promote and explain relevant insurance products.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance based on customer needs.
  • Build rapport with clients to ensure a positive customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge throughout customer interactions.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Graduate from any discipline.

Experience:

  • Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Preferred: Candidates with prior
    insurance industry
    experience and
    sales acumen
    .

Languages (Mandatory):

  • Proficiency in
    English and Hindi
    (must have clear pronunciation, no MTI/RTI, and no grammatical errors).
  • Preferred: Fluency in any of the following regional languages –
    Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Assamese, Bengali, Oriya, or Gujarati
    .

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to explain complex products clearly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation

  • Freshers:
    ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
    (based on interview performance)
  • Experienced:
    Up to ₹35,000 CTC
    (based on last drawn salary with 15–20% hike)
