About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our
Sales, Insurance, and Customer Support
teams. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice processes, assisting customers with queries, and promoting insurance products. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales and insurance.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products and policies.
  • Assist customers in processing insurance applications or claims.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic approach during customer interactions.
  • Use company tools and CRM systems to manage and document customer data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualification:
    Graduate in any field
  • Experience:
    Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
  • Preferred: Experience in domestic insurance processes or sales roles
  • Skillset:
  • Excellent verbal communication in
    English and Hindi
  • No MTI or grammatical errors
  • Versant 6 certified (preferred)

Compensation:

  • Freshers:
    ₹25,000 CTC per month
  • Experienced:
    Up to ₹40,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)
  • Incentives:
    Performance-based

Shift Details:

  • Females:
    Day shift till 8 PM
  • Males:
    Rotational shifts
  • Work Days:
    6 days a week

Interview Process:

HR Round → Versant 6 Test → Written Assessment → Operations Round → Client Round
