Customer Success & Business Analysis Intern
We're looking for a
Customer Success & Business Analysis Intern
to join our fast-paced startup team in Pune. This role is a perfect mix of
customer interaction

data analysis

process improvement
, ideal for someone who loves understanding both people and numbers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve queries, and ensure a delightful experience
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and product improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to solve issues and streamline workflows
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Track customer success metrics such as adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Assist in building FAQs, help center content, and internal process documentation
- Support data-driven initiatives and recommend process or product enhancements
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical ability to interpret customer and business data
- Proficiency with
Excel
,
Google Sheets
, or
BI tools
(Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with
AI tools
and automation platforms
- Knowledge of
CRM or support tools
(e.g., Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot) is a plus
- Understanding of basic coding concepts.
