Customer Success & Business Analysis Intern

Customer Success & Business Analysis Intern

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve queries, and ensure a delightful experience
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and product improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to solve issues and streamline workflows
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Track customer success metrics such as adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Assist in building FAQs, help center content, and internal process documentation
  • Support data-driven initiatives and recommend process or product enhancements

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret customer and business data
  • Proficiency with
    Excel

Google Sheets

, or
BI tools

(Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with
AI tools

and automation platforms
- Knowledge of
CRM or support tools

(e.g., Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot) is a plus
- Understanding of basic coding concepts.
