Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
- Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and office needs.
- Assist in travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and event coordination.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitor administrative budgets and report expenses.
- Assist management with reports, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
**Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B magazine subscription or publishing.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to meet targets; proficiency in MS Office.
**Job Location**: Sewri (West), Mumbai - 400 015. (5 minutes walking distance from Sewri Station & Sewri Bus Depot.)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Weekends off, with one Saturday working per month).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
