**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logístical arrangements are in place.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings with attention to detail.
- Maintain and update client databases, including handling bookings and reservations when needed.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks as required.
- Provide stellar customer service support to internal and external clients, resolving queries promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards in hospitality operations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for executives and staff.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Proven experience of 5-7 years in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A team player who can also work independently in a dynamic environment.
