Job Description:

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations in the Pune region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of regional markets and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned region
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training as needed
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Sales or Business preferred)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in regional or territory sales management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
