Job Purpose

Role is to lead and launch a new Ice Cream Brand in General Trade & Horeca across Individual Region. She/He will have expert-level understanding of marketplace, consumer and category trends, as well as broader marketing and merchandising strategies to establish new customers.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the launching and day-to-day management of Sales team for the General Trade & Horeca division across respective Region.

2) Provides general business and operational guidance while leading through influence. Drive Company goals, including KPIs and targets, and maximize the Sales growth.

3) Capture maximum market share in the respective categories / markets, Understand the marketplace, consumer and category trends, as well as broader marketing and merchandising strategies to establish new customers.

4) Engage with Key Customers and build rapport there by generating business opportunities, Also, take care of post-sales support required by the Key accounts.

5) Contribute & Implement sales growth strategy supporting regional strategy, Identification and implementation of new profitable volume opportunities within the account(s) to increase the business growth.

6) Provide time to time market intelligence to the company

7) Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.

8) Interview, hire and train sales team

Experience, Education & Skills

Experience in the management & development of Sales across Regions in Ice Cream industry or MNC FMCG sector only.

MBA with at least 10 years of industry experience of which 5 - 8 years in handling big accounts with team management experience.

Strong business acumen, relationship building skills and must be highly influential.

Strong strategic and decision-making skills.

Must be willing to travel.
