Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Distribution:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales for makeup and color cosmetics across Kerala.

  • Ensure market coverage through efficient distributor and retail management.

  • Team Management:

  • Handle a team of Sales Officers, Beauty Advisors (BAs), and field staff.

  • Coach and motivate team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Channel Expansion:

  • Identify and appoint new distributors/retail partners in untapped markets.

  • Strengthen presence in modern trade, general trade, and beauty counters.

  • Training & Development:

  • Conduct classroom and on-counter trainings for BAs to improve product knowledge and upselling skills.

  • Organize regular market visits to monitor performance and provide feedback.

  • Market Analysis:

  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences in the color cosmetics category.

  • Share actionable insights with Regional/Head Office teams.

  • Promotions & Events:

  • Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions in alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Support seminars, workshops, and beauty events to drive consumer engagement.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred with 58 years of sales experience in FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record in direct selling / field sales / channel management.
  • Strong exposure to makeup / color cosmetics segment (must).
  • Excellent team handling, negotiation, and distributor management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
  • Proficiency in English & Malayalam (mandatory).

Work Environment:

  • Field-intensive role with extensive travel within Kerala.
  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and adaptability.
