Job Title: Area Sales Manager (TMT)
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for managing all outlets in the assigned area, working on expanding the outlet network, leading a team, and overseeing Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). The ASM should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and territory management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in TMT bar sales
Locations: Trivandrum, Calicut, Malappuram
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong expertise in TMT bar sales to manage and grow our market presence in Trivandrum, Calicut, and Malappuram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and builders.
- Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams for smooth delivery and service.
- Report sales performance and field feedback to management regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in TMT bar sales.
- Strong network in the construction or steel industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
