Job Role: Area Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore/ Mohali / Kochi

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
  • Manage relationship building with various stakeholders like distributors, developers by understanding their specific needs and ensuring successful collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handle customer complaints or objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and provide necessary support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Modular industry is MANDATORY.
  • At least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Minimum 2-6 years of proven experience in B2B or channel sales.
  • MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
