Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Institutional Area Sales Manager based in the Mohali district. The individual will be responsible for managing and driving institutional sales, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, overseeing customer service, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role also involves handling finance-related tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing investments to support business growth. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

- Finance and Investments management skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the skill development sector is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages of the coverage area is desirable
