Business Development Executive

Market Research &Vendor Creation:
- Visit customers in the field to understand their requirements and collect feedback that supports sales growth.
- Present company offerings to customers, highlight benefits, and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Search and approach potential vendors during field visits to build partnerships that can support customer demands.
Sales Support & Coordination:
- Complete day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotations, order processing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Track orders from inception to delivery, ensuring customers are updated on the status of their orders.
Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product availability, and other queries.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing prompt and accurate information.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and consistent communication.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with orders and resolve any post-sale issues.
