Compensation: 4.5–8 LPA (Base) + 20–50% Variable | OTE 6–12 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to drive business growth through B2B/Enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new B2B business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Engage in end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation, qualification, product demos (with presales), to negotiation and closure.
  • Manage existing accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for RFP/RFQ responses, proposal development, delivery coordination, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM for all sales activities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the IT / OEM / Channel ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing B2B client relationships and complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
