Industrial Insurance Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Industrial Insurance Sales Executive to generate and manage sales of commercial and industrial insurance products such as Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, and Group Health policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business clients (SMEs, factories, warehouses, logistics, manufacturers) and offering tailored insurance solutions to protect their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential commercial/industrial clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client business operations and assess risk exposure.
- Recommend suitable insurance solutions such as Fire, Marine, Engineering, Group Mediclaim, WC, and Liability policies.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with underwriters and insurance partners.
- Explain policy features, coverage, premium structure, and exclusions to clients.
- Coordinate for documentation, proposal forms, and policy issuance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for renewals and cross-selling.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, meetings, proposals, and business closed.
- Stay updated on commercial insurance products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Engineering, or Business preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in commercial or industrial insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products for businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of underwriting, claim process, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹144, ₹180,000.00 per year
