Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth, maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
  • Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or copper wire industry).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
