We're looking for a D2C Marketing Manager to lead and scale our website and performance marketing strategy across global markets. This is a high-impact managerial role requiring deep eCommerce expertise, sharp analytical capability, and strong hands-on control of performance channels. You will lead the growth team, drive aggressive D2C revenue targets, and act as the strategic bridge between execution and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team across Paid Media, CRM, SEO, and Growth to achieve global D2C revenue goals.
  • Scale Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping, Search, YouTube) with strong control over bidding strategies, feed optimization, and ROAS/CAC management.
  • Drive Meta Ads (Advantage+, DABA, Lookalikes, Retargeting) with structured creative testing and audience expansion frameworks.
  • Execute a strong Omnichannel D2C strategy across Paid Ads, Email/SMS, Push, SEO, Influencer, and Affiliate channels to deliver unified brand and revenue impact.
  • Expand and manage Affiliate Marketing programs, focusing on performance-driven partnerships and incremental traffic/revenue.
  • Own full D2C funnel KPIs — CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate, Payback Period, Conversion Rate.
  • Lead CRO efforts using Hotjar, VWO, and behavioral analytics to improve PDP, PLP, cart, and checkout conversions.
  • Oversee GA4, GTM, event structures, attribution, server-side tracking, and performance dashboards for accurate decision-making.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing through Email/SMS automation (Klaviyo/HubSpot) to drive replenishment, repeat purchases, and retention-led revenue.

Qualification

  • 6–10 years of experience in D2C/eCommerce performance marketing focused on website scaling.
  • 2–3 years of people management experience, leading performance, CRM, or growth specialists.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads + Meta Ads, managing multi-country campaigns and high ad budgets.
  • Deep understanding of D2C acquisition, conversion, retention, and full-funnel optimisation.
  • Practical experience with Omnichannel marketing (Paid + CRM + SEO + Influencer + Affiliate).
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, UTMs, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Proven experience in CRO, funnel diagnostics, UX insights, and website optimization.
  • Experience with CRM automation platforms (Klaviyo/HubSpot) and CRO tools (VWO/Hotjar).
  • Ability to scale D2C websites across UK/EU/US markets is a strong advantage.
  • High analytical capability, strong communication, and a data-first leadership approach.
