Position Overview

We are hiring for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth through data-led advertising across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of D2C marketing, measurable performance metrics, and luxury consumer behaviour. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing full-funnel campaigns, optimizing budgets, and collaborating closely with creative and Shopify teams to ensure consistent brand alignment and conversion efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and audience networks. Build and execute full-funnel D2C strategies, including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns. Deploy and monitor WhatsApp CTWA and Website Purchase campaigns. Manage budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and campaign structures to achieve desired ROAS and CAC.

  • Data, Tracking, and Optimization: Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, GA4, and Google Tag Manager events. Analyze performance data daily; provide insights on ROAS, CAC, CTR, impressions, and attribution. Conduct A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages. Identify top-performing audiences and scale campaigns while maintaining brand tone and quality.

  • D2C Funnel and Website Integration: Collaborate with the Shopify and web teams to optimize landing pages for performance, speed, and conversion. Analyze user behaviour from ad click to checkout and suggest funnel improvements. Understand luxury customer journeys and refine audience targeting accordingly.

  • Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives aligned with brand tone. Provide data-driven creative insights for visual, messaging, and format optimization. Ensure all paid communication reflects the luxury aesthetic and appliqué-driven storytelling of the brand.

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with CRM, SEO, and content teams to ensure alignment across digital touchpoints. Coordinate campaign strategies around collection launches, seasonal edits, and brand announcements. Maintain an understanding of the brand's luxury positioning and adapt performance strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle preferred).

  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

  • Proficiency in GA4, Shopify Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance dashboards.

  • Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into marketing decisions.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience working with international markets (US, UAE, UK) is an advantage.

Education & Background

  • Experience in luxury or premium D2C brands is highly desirable.

  • D2C experience is a must. Shopping Ads and Catalog Ads experience is must.
