Role Description — Paid Marketing Specialist (On-site, Hyderabad)

We're looking for a
Paid Marketing Specialist
to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves planning, executing, and optimizing
paid marketing campaigns
across multiple digital platforms.

You'll work closely with the creative and sales teams to design impactful campaigns, manage budgets, analyze data, and deliver high-performing results. If you're passionate about driving measurable growth and thrive in fast-paced, tech-led environments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    paid marketing campaigns
    across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance with actionable insights.
  • Deliver excellent communication and client experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or a related field
    .
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in
    digital marketing or paid advertising
    .
  • Proven experience in Healthtech, Real Estate, and the Food industry campaigns is a must.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    .
  • A creative yet strategic approach to performance marketing.
