SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You will be instrumental in optimizing our website, managing paid media, and analyzing performance to achieve our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to increase organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Conduct continuous keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor strategies.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile-friendliness) and work with development teams to implement fixes.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata (titles, descriptions, schema) for search engines and user experience.
  • Develop and manage the link-building strategy to improve domain authority.

2. Digital Marketing Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns, including PPC (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and display advertising, to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across other digital channels like social media marketing and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all marketing content is optimized for SEO and campaign goals.

3. Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, measure, and analyze performance across all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights, and apply them to optimize spend and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience (e.g., 2+ years) in SEO and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
