Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives — from organic website growth to paid campaigns across Google and social media. This role involves analyzing performance data, improving SEO rankings, optimizing ads, and developing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth


• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels.


• Manage and optimize ad budgets, bids, and targeting to achieve maximum ROI and ROAS.


• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive website traffic and online conversions.


• Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop campaign visuals and ad copies.


• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

SEO & Website Optimization


• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve organic rankings.


• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive search visibility.


• Optimize product listings, meta tags, URLs, and site structure for SEO.


• Work with content and tech teams to improve page speed, UX, and conversion rates.


• Monitor Google Search Console, fix crawl/indexing issues, and report performance trends.

Analytics & Reporting


• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROI).


• Use data insights to refine campaigns and recommend improvements.


• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, SEO updates, and algorithm changes.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media.


• 5 years of experience in digital marketing for e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle brands.


• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).


• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.


• Proven record of organic traffic growth and paid campaign success.


• Ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously.


• Analytical mindset with strong communication and reporting skills.
