Job Description: Were looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can effectively handle end-to-end digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization ensuring strong engagement, lead generation, and measurable business growth across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Build and maintain targeted contact lists for campaigns and outreach.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
  • Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
  • Execute marketing activities that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Support and promote digital and offline marketing events (webinars, launches, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (visuals, blogs, videos) for digital platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance the company website using WordPress.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, leads, and ROI.
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM integrations for lead tracking and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Hands-on experience with social media advertising and PPC campaign management
  • Proficiency in WordPress and basic website management
  • Experience with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Skilled in using Google Analytics and other tools for campaign tracking and performance reporting
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical thinking
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns independently and effectively
