About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels

  • Create compelling content—including blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters—tailored to our target audiences

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and lead generation

  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms

  • Manage and update website content and SEO strategies

  • Support lead generation efforts through targeted marketing initiatives

  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track marketing KPIs and ROI for leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software)

  • Creativity and enthusiasm for content creation and brand storytelling

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights

  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
