Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Digital Marketing Specialist
to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage and improve the company's online reputation, engagement, and branding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics/reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
