Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, SEO, and strategies to increase brand reach, engagement, and positive impressions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run
    paid campaigns
    across all major platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage ad budgets, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Conduct
    SEO optimization
    for website pages, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Implement strategies to improve
    organic reach, engagement, and visibility
    .
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Create and monitor performance dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Work with the content team to align creatives with campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Improve brand awareness through smart marketing tactics and innovative ideas.
  • Manage remarketing, lead-generation funnels, and conversion tracking.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience
    in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of paid ads across Meta, Google Ads, and other social platforms.
  • Proven experience in
    SEO strategies
    and tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Ability to design and execute audience-focused marketing tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and ad reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent understanding of reach-building strategies and online brand positioning.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (optional but preferred).
  • Experience with landing page builders and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and email automation.
